With us, the buffet breakfast is something the boss sees to. And because he, Josef Eder, likes to enjoy it himself too, the selection available is particularly extensive. Mr Eder greets all guests with his distinctive ‘Guten Morgen’, serving your preferred beverages to you at your table. At the buffet you will then find everything that is part and parcel of the perfect start to your day: fresh bread, fruit and vegetables, sausages, salmon and cheese, jams and honey from the local beekeeper, regional dairy produce and eggs, cereals, juices etc.
